If you deem an item not to your liking or unsuitable our returns and exchange policy is as follows:
Items returned where the customer wishes for a refund must be sent back within 14 days of purchase with all tags intact and unworn.
Any garment returned worn or without tags will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Please advise us the reason for return at customerservice@purplehazecouture.com within 7 days of receipt of your item. You will then have a further 7 days to return the item.
Please note all refunds will exclude original delivery charge.
All refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment.
To exchange an item for a new size please email us at customerservice@purplehazecourture.com the item details and the new size details and we will action this upon receipt of the unsuitable item. Please note we only offer exchange’s on items for the same garment in a different size. If you wish to change an item for a new purchase we ask you return it for a credit note and make a separate purchase.
Any items deemed faulty should be the result of receiving the item in this condition or a manufactures fault which has occurred within six months of purchase. If we deem an item to be imperfect due to wear and tear no exchange will be offered. Also where possible we will offer to have the item fixed.
Please note faulty items can only be exchanged for the same item in the same size.
Please ensure when returning an item for any reason that the item is wrapped in the original packaging. We also ask you use a reliable form of postage as any items lost in postage process will not be insured by ourselves. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery, and the item is your responsibility until it reaches ourselves.
The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility.
