Please note if you would like your order delivering to a different address than your billing address please email us at customerservices@purplehazecouture.com

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Purple Haze Couture are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

UK

Delivery within the UK is charged at £10 and will be delivered within 1-2 working days, fully insured, requiring your signature when you receive them, responsibility for your purchased goods will then be passed to you. If next day delivery is required please contact customerservice@purplehazecouture.com with your request and we will arrange. In the instance of a bank holiday we will have the item to you on the next working day. We can not specify a specific time for deliveries however if you are not home a card will be left to inform you the courier has called and instructions for pick up.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
